Established in 2026, the Villains Travel Agency is a small boutique agency specializing in Disney and Universal travel worldwide. Founded by Iain Lawson, we take the hassle out of booking that theme park trip. Whether it's a solo trip or a trip for your high school marching band, we can help you handle all the arrangements!

Yes, we are a very real travel agency. We just really enjoy the thematic nature of the Villains . Many other travel agencies lean into the magic of it all; we love to go "darker." That said, we love to plan these trips for people. We are authorized independent Disney Travel advisors. We have access to everything you have access to and more when it comes to booking.

How invested are we in the overall theme park experience?

We live in Orlando - 10 minutes from Disney World property and 24 minutes to Magic Kingdom's parking lot. (Not to be too specific!) When we are not doing this, we are probably in the parks ourselves. We know all the hidden tips and tricks to get the most out of your theme park experience. We're "Villains" ourselves. We know how to "work the system" and "work within the system" to make sure your trip is perfect. And should anything go wrong while you are here, we are only a phone call/ text message away

What can't you do?

We can not give tours of the theme parks or conduct any business inside of Disney or Universal. These are their rules and not ours. We can help you plan your trip and advise you on what's the best thing to do. We can make phone calls to help book that hard-to-get dinner reservation or that uber-exclusive Starlight Safari. We just can't offer our services inside the parks. To be completely honest, we are all annual pass holders who work here; we do not want those canceled because we went against their rules!

What can you do?

On the simple side, we can book your hotels, transport, flights, assist you with dining and booking special activities. We can can track that hard to get Victoria & Albert's Queen's Room dinner booking, or help figure out what moble order options are in the Toy Story Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios and when its best to book. (Pro Tip: Book a mobile dining time slot at the beginning of your day, not when you are ready to eat... you can go to a cast/team member and move the pick up window easier than it is to get a slot later in the day right when everyone is cranky and wants to eat RIGHT NOW!)
